2. Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to display product colors, fabrics, and designs as accurately as possible.
Slight variations in color may occur due to screen resolution or lighting.
As many ethnic garments are handcrafted, minor weaving or embroidery irregularities are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp after successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Discounted or sale products may not be eligible for return (customize as per your policy)..
7. Refund Policy
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
