How do I list or delist on Sutra?
You have complete control over listings, and it is easy. All you have to do is email us your details & the products you want to list/ de-list, and we will take care of the rest; our email is always open, drop us a note at sutra.
How long does it take to ship the products?
Shipping timelines and fees depend on who is shipping the products, but as a rule of thumb, it takes between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the local regulations. Because We deliver your orders with trusted third-party shipping partners. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please let us know, and we will resolve the problem promptly.
Does Sutra own any of these products?
We do not own any of the products we list, at least not yet; we only list and sell the products. We have partnerships with some products and artisans, helping them with their listings. For others, we list the products outright, as we choose to do so.
Warranty for the products?
Sutra does not offer any warranty on its products; however, feel free to write to us in case you have any concerns about your products, and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
Can I exchange products if there is a need?
Currently, exchanges are not possible on your purchases, but we are working on this module and will mention it on each page. We will email you an update as soon as the feature goes live.
What is the refund policy?
The exact refund, return, or exchange policy is listed on each product page where applicable; however, as a general term, we are currently unable to provide this feature.
Do you have cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently our COD facility is not active we are working hard to enable such facilities in select regions and will share updates with you shortly, as we progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Sutra is currently focused only on the international market; we work with partners and ship your products wherever you need them.
