    Orders are usually delivered within 8-14 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability across India.
  2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
    COD availability depends on your location and order value.
  3. What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Discounted or sale products may not be eligible for return (customize as per your policy).
  4. Can I exchange my saree/blouse for another design?
    Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
  5. Will the color look exactly the same as shown in pictures?
    We try to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
  6. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select digital wallets and all transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
  7. How should I wash & store my saree/Blouse?
    Silk and delicate fabrics should be dry cleaned. Cotton sarees & blouses can be gently hand-washed unless mentioned otherwise. Store in a cool, dry place and wrap in a muslin cloth to maintain fabric quality.
